About the speaker:
Jefferson Pike is a forerunner in the field of cyber risk analysis and management. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he has twenty years of professional experience leading risk management teams, assessing the information security posture of organizations and their vendors, and developing business performance standards, policies and procedures. Throughout Jefferson’s career, he has held multiple leadership positions, including IT Senior Lead Auditor for Wells Fargo, Manager of IT Risk Management for Spectrum, Cybersecurity Risk Analyst, NOC Manager for BellSouth Telecommunications, and Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist in the U. S. Navy. In his role as Director of Cyber Risk and Compliance for Fortalice Solutions, Jefferson leads the Commercial Risk Team, and applies his skill set and knowledge to delivering solutions and services to clients. His Fortalice duties include performing cyber risk assessments to determine the security posture of organizations; assisting client’s technical and non-technical staff in implementing or optimizing new cybersecurity capabilities such as vulnerability management, incident response, and governance programs or initiatives; developing custom risk frameworks, policies and procedures; performing cost/benefit analysis and providing clear recommendations based on the specific client environment; and leading a team of junior analysts in the completion and delivery of client solutions. Jefferson earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Montreat College, and graduated from the University of Maryland University College with his Master of Science in Cybersecurity, as well as an MBA.

Red Maxwell is an experienced marketing executive with over 25 years experience in brand building. After serving on the Board of Directors of AvidXchange, he moved to his current operational role as Chief Marketing Officer of the Charlotte financial technology company. Prior to AvidXchange, Red has served as the Chief Marketing Officer for the SilkRoad Equity family of companies, which include InterAct Public Safety Systems, SilkRoad technology, SolidSpace, TrueLook, and MissionMode. As President and founder of two branding agencies, Red developed major brand introductions and web sites for Hanes, Duke Energy, Sara Lee, Wrangler jeans, Clear Channel, McGraw-Hill Education and Tiffany & co. Red started his career in the NY fashion industry where he built the advertising design department at Polo Ralph Lauren.

Peter Davey, VP Payment Innovation with TCH will provide an update from his on Real-Time Payments and progress to date with TCH since he introduced TCH real time payments in July 2017.
Peter Davey leads payment innovation at The Clearing House where he is responsible for working with financial institutions and partners to foster new and innovative concepts that propel the payment industry forward. He has a deep understanding of the payments industry, including rules and regulations around all payments networks, payments systems and technologies, and how these systems work. Previous to The Clearing House, Peter was the Head of Payment Strategy Innovation & Industry at Capital One Financial Corporation. He provides thought leadership in many payment forums and speaking engagements across the industry and is a featured keynote speaker at many events. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Computer Science from Wheeling Jesuit University and is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).
